Our agronomy team members are experts in production practices that apply only the best inputs in our geography and can recommend traditional and precision ag based methods and products that will help reach the best yield potential to maximize the return on your agronomic investment.

We handle a full line of seed, crop nutrient, and crop protection products with the needed support services to help you be more successful.  As technology continues to increase farm productivity, you can trust that the Garden City Co-op will be innovative in helping farmers put the right product, at the right rate, at the right place, at the right time.

IT ALL STARTS WITH THE SEED

Your seed choice is one of the most important steps in reaching your yield goals.  Our seed specialists are trained to place the appropriate hybrid to your field based on your specific growing conditions and farming practices.

We can assist in crop and hybrid selections by using technology to understand how each hybrid or variety responds to input factors such as variable population rates or fertilizer responses.  We provide quality seed products featuring brands such as Dekalb®,  Asgrow®, Croplan® and Mycogen®.

Please contact our seed salesman to match the seed for your needs.

CROP NUTRIENTS

Maximizing our members return on their bushels is our passion and crop nutrients play a key role in that equation.  The Garden City Co-op has an extensive line of dry and liquid fertilizers, anhydrous ammonia and micronutrient products to fit any need in or around Western Kansas.  But it doesn’t stop there.

The Garden City Co-op has the capability to custom blend and deliver these products as well as custom or variable rate apply any fertilizer to ensure our members are able to optimize the goals of their farming operation.

We understand this and have innovative and results-orientated people to partner with you to design and service a customized protection plan for each crop and whatever challenges they may bring, whether it be in pre-season, in-season or post-season.

INPUT FINANCING

To help maximize your input dollar, the Garden City Co-op has access to multiple input financing programs to meet different credit needs for agronomy inputs.  Based on the product or service being financed, we can provide a program with a rate, term, and credit amount that best fits your cash flow needs.
