ALAMOTA HISTORY

The Alamota Elevator was built in 1946. It now has a licensed storage capacity of 1,050,000 bushels.

The Alamota Elevator became a part of the Garden City Co-op on April 1, 2005 when the Farmers Cooperative Elevator and Mercantile Association of Dighton merged with the Garden City Co-op.
