By Tyler Hands, GCC Board Chair

Attention voting members!  You will be receiving or should have received a letter in the mail about proposed changes to the Articles & Bylaws that will be voted on during this year's Annual Meeting on December 10th.  These proposed changes are essential for maintaining our cooperative's integrity, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and adapting to technological advancements.  We encourage all members to review these changes thoroughly. The Board is fully supportive of these proposed amendments and asks for your affirmative vote at the Annual Meeting.  Your participation and feedback are highly valued as we strive to improve our Cooperative for the benefit of all members.  Any questions or concerns regarding these proposed changes should be directed to the Board of Directors, either directly or by e-mail at board@gccoop.com.  Thank you for your attention to these important matters.  We look forward to seeing you at the Annual Meeting.
